{} Terrace Apartments calculated my rent to be $689 a month, but I don’t have to pay utilities and if I get a job with less pay then my rent will be adjusted accordingly. I don’t have $1,378 (1st month’s rent and deposit. Plus about $600 more for moving fees) in any way, shape, or form. I’d have to sell my car in order to get that and I need my car. I contacted a community agency, but had to leave a message. Hopefully they can help me, but I’m not certain. If I don’t get in there it’s back into my abusive mother’s home and control.

I wish you the best of luck with being able to get the funds needed to move in. Is there a specific date that you have to accept the rate and move in or else they will rent to someone else?

I was told I had until the 22nd, but would have to let them know if it would be longer than that. I'm not sure how long they would hold a unit without me putting any money down on it.
